传统文化下的家族现象源远流长 ,虽曾推动过社会的发展 ,但其固有的封闭性、落后性在现代社会的各层面不时地、顽固地会有所显现 ,对改革开放和计划生育国策的推行、社会主义民主和法制建设、人的素质的全面提高和个性的健康发展、科学价值观和集体主义利益观的形成都会产生严重的负面效应 ,具有极大的危害性 ,必须以现代文明取而代之。

Analysing the Clan Phenomenon of Traditional Culture

The long historic clan phenomenon of traditional culture has ever promoted the development of society, while its intrinsic closeness and backwardness are constantly and stubbornly reflected in various aspects of the present society. The author holds that the phenomenon must be replaced by modern civilization for it has brought great negative influence and serious harmfulness to the implementations of the present reform and family planning policy, the constructions of socialistic democracy and legal system, the enhancement of population quality and the healthy development of personality, and the formation of scientific values and collectivist consciousness.
