| 摘 要： | 随着扩招和大众化教育时代的到来,高校面临着培养高素质人才新的挑战。如何改进和加强高校人才培养工作,需要在继承优良传统的基础上,不断进行育人理念和工作模式的创新。坚持和创新全员育人理念及工作模式是高校培养高素质人才的关键环节。

| Abstract: | With the enlargement of enrollment and the coming of popular education,high education confronts the challenge of how to cultivate the qualified talents.Based on the traditional achievement and experience,innovation should be carried out to develop new conception and new patterns.The all-staffed movement is one of the keys to the innovation.In this paper,the author puts foward some suggestions on how to carry out the all-staffed movement and what should be focused when carrying out the all-staffed movement. |
