| 摘 要： | 从地方治理的角度出发,通过对地方治理理论的介绍,分析了德国乡村公共物品供给体制在权责划分、法律规范、财政供给、监督制约及社会补充方面的特点,从而希望对我国农村公共物品供给的实践提供一些经验借鉴。

| Abstract: | Based on the local-governance theory,the paper gives an in-depth analysis of the supply system of public goods in rural areas of Germany,covering such dimensions as the right-responsibility sharing,legal formalities,financial security,supervision and binding,as well as the social supplement.In addition,it offers some recommendations so as to lend reference to and bring a salutory lesson upon the Chinese counterpart. |
