Relationship of Social Security to the Full Development of Man

The authors hold that the full development of man is the integral combination of the full development of the society and that of the individual person.As part of the society,an individual is closely linked to the community he is in,and when trapped in aging,unemployment and disease he has to depend on the society for his survival.The social security system is thus the requirement of the members of the society for their subsistence and of social justice and harmony.
