基于学习型组织的中小企业集群研究

将学习型组织的理念引入中小企业集群的实践能够解决中小企业集群在发展环境中所面临的一些问题。同时,处于集群中的中小企业自身也存在转型为学习型组织的可行性。建立学习型组织的机制要求在集群的企业中培养具有扁平化的组织结构、学习实验室和学习型组织的文化,建立学习型组织的模式关键在于将五项修炼,即自我超越、改善心智模式、建立共同愿景、进行团体学习和培养系统思考能力运用于整个集群的企业中。

Introducing the concept of learning organization into the practice of mid and small enterprises cluster can solve some problems facing mid and small enterprises clusters in developing environments.Meanwhile,mid and small enterprises themselves have the feasibility of turning into learning organizations.The mechanisms of structuring learning organization require fostering flat structures and study laboratories and learning organizational culture.The model of establishing learning organization lies critically in applying the five practices,namely beyond oneself,improving mental model,setting up common desire,team study,cultivating system atic thinking ability,to enterprises in clusters.
