| 摘 要： | 首先基于行动者差异理论分析了不同企业规模的行动者差异的特征模式,进而分析了不同规模企业行动者差异对技术创新的影响;在此基础上提出如何规避不同企业规模行动者的差异,及如何提高企业技术创新水平的对策建议,以期对企业及相关管理部门提供决策考量。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of actor difference,first,the paper analyzes characteristic modes of enterprise actor differences of different scales together with the different impacts on their technological innovation,and then proposes ways to avoid the actor differences,so as to improve the level of countermeasures for technological innovation,and help enterprises and relevant management departments with their decision-making. |
