| 摘 要： | 法律诊所开设对抗式模拟庭审是诊所课程的内在要求，有利于培养学生设计问题和发问技巧的能力。为达到教学目的，要做好对抗式庭审相关知识的讲授、模拟案例的挑选、角色的确定、庭审前的准备、排练和指导工作。

| Abstract: | The adversarial system moot court is the internal demand of legal clinic course and it can train students’ ability in question design and questioning skills.To reach the teaching purpose,teacher should do well with relevant knowledge lecturing,case selection,role determination,pretrial preparation,rehearsal and instruction as well. |
