| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义政治文明是我国政治体制改革面临的重大课题,稳步推进这一变革并不断获得突破,就必须正确处理好坚持党的领导、人民当家作主和依法治国的关系,正确处理好紧迫性和长期性的关系,正确处理好坚持社会主义根本政治制度和积极借鉴人类政治文明成果的关系.

| Abstract: | The construction of socialist political civlization is one of the key projects in Chinese political system reforms. In order to push this reform forward and get a series of breakthroughs, it is necessary to properly treat the following relations: the relation between adhering to the leadership of CCPC and people being the master of their own affairs with administration of the country in accordance with the Law, the relation between urgercy with protracted nature and, the relation between adhering to the basic socialist political system with drawing lessons from the achievements of human political civilization. |
