金沙江中上游山地限制开发区经济发展路径选择

金沙江中上游地区是我国重要的生态保障区,同时这一地区又是我国少数民族聚集、贫穷落后突出、发展较差的区域,急需加强生态环境保护和加快经济发展。结合区域实际总体上把金沙江中上游地区定位为森林生态类型区、生物多样性保护区和草原、湿地生态类型区。从限制开发区发展可承载特色产业出发,着力在该区域打造生态旅游业、生物产业和水电业,从而促进金沙江中上游山地限制开发区经济发展与环境保护的协调。
