| 摘 要： | 应用构建的评价指标体系以及层次分析法对福建省和九设区市建设用地集约利用进行评价,结果显示从1996年到2005年福建省建设用地集约利用水平呈上升趋势,但上升趋势不稳定,而且集约利用水平存在着区域差异,最后针对问题提出了初步的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The index system and analytic hierarchy process are used to evaluate the intensive utilization of build-up land in Fujian Province and its 9 major prefectures.The results shows that the level of the build-up land saving and intensive use presented the ascending trend during between 1996 and 2005,but the ascending trend was unstable and there existed otherness between regions.Meanwhile the countermeasures are proposed. |
