水资源承载力的研究现状与展望

水资源承载力是在一定历史发展阶段某种环境状态下,以可预见的技术、经济、社会发展水平及水资源的动态变化为依据,以可持续发展为原则,以维护生态良性发展为条件,在水资源合理利用的前提下,可供水资源量对区域社会经济发展所提供的最大支撑能力。生态环境用水量的确定是水资源承载力研究中的主要问题之一;应加强水土资源的承载力与社会经济活动空间配置研究,进一步增强水资源承载力研究成果的适应性。

Present Situation and Perspective of Study on Water Resources Carrying Capacity
