摘    要:水资源承载力是在一定历史发展阶段某种环境状态下,以可预见的技术、经济、社会发展水平及水资源的动态变化为依据,以可持续发展为原则,以维护生态良性发展为条件,在水资源合理利用的前提下,可供水资源量对区域社会经济发展所提供的最大支撑能力。生态环境用水量的确定是水资源承载力研究中的主要问题之一;应加强水土资源的承载力与社会经济活动空间配置研究,进一步增强水资源承载力研究成果的适应性。

Abstract:Water resources carrying capacity is a foundational topic in studying on water resources security and the foundational measurement of water resources security.Water resources carrying capacity is the biggest ability to quantity of supplying water support for the development of regional economy and human in a certain stage in history,which is under a certain environment,in terms of the predictable level of technology,economy,social development and dynamic change of water resources,in sustainable development's principle,in condition of maintaining and developing environment well and in precondition of using water resources in reasonable.One of the main problems in studying on water resources carrying capacity is put forward,which is quantity of water using of environment.And one of the perspectives in studying on water resources carrying capacity is forecasted,which is studying on collocating carrying capacity of soil and water resources with activity of social economy in space,and the adaptation of its fruits will be boost up.
