由于大学生在社会中的特定层次和身心发展特点,决定了他们思想活跃、感情丰富,社会交往的动机极为强烈和复杂,主要表现为物质利益与生存竞争动机、情感与归属动机、人格价值动机和社会化动机,那么针对大学生社会交往中的障碍,有意识的引导大学生树立正确的社会交往动机,对于他们建立良好的人际关系,保持健康的心理状态有着积极的意义。
