| 摘 要： | 在含有涉外因素的民商事法律关系寻求适当法的价值取向是国际私法发展过程中一条暗含的主线。重视对个人利益的保护是衡量适当法的一个标准。我国的国际私法的进一步发展应与国际社会的普遍实践保持同步。

| Abstract: | The value directionality which is to seek properness in the civil and the commercial legal relationship makes an implicit main trend in the development of international private law. A criterion for a proper law often attaches importance to the protection of private interests. Therefore further development of Chinese international private law needs to synchronize with the practical international environment. |
