摘 要: | 步入知识经济时代,人力资源越来越受到企业的关注。处于弱势地位的中小企业花不起钱聘用形形色色的专家和高级管理人员,但聘用知识型工人倒不失为一种良策。因为聘用知识型工人,一方面可为企业节约人力资源成本;另一方面也为企业提高知识生产率提供了潜在能量。

Abstract: | Manpower resources attract more and more attention from enterprises in knowledge economic times. The small and mid - sized enterprises in weak position can not afford various experts and senior managerial staff, but it is a good idea to hire knowledgeable workers, which on the hand saves enterprises great cost of manpower resources and on the other hand provide potentials for enterprises to improve knowledge productivity. |
