摘    要:教育的最终目的是塑造人格健全的人。人格健全的重要体现是自我肯定、自我和谐。教师的教学过程要围绕塑造学生的健全人格这一目的来进行。教师需要从关怀学生的生命状态入手,在传授知识的同时,注重对学生健全人格的培养。

Abstract:The ultimate objective of the education is to cultivate sane personality.The essential expressions of sane personality are self-affirmation and self-harmoniousness.To achieve the goal of self affirmation and harmoniousness,instructors ought to start with the caring about the life state of the students,focus on the cultivation of sane personality of students while conveying knowledge.
