| 摘 要： | 法律手段是保护农业科技人才合法权益最有效的手段。首先阐明了我国农业科技人才的基本权益及其法律保护的含义和意义,指出了目前我国农业科技人才权益保护在立法、行政、司法等方面存在的障碍,明确了加强对农业科技人才合法权益法律保护的有效途径,对调动和充分发挥广大农业科技人才的积极性,稳定和壮大农业科技人才队伍具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Legal means is the most effective in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of agricultural scien tific and technological professionals. The article elucidates the meaning and significance of the legal protection of bas ic rights and interests of China＇s agricultural scientific and technological professionals, and points out the current legis lative, administrative and judicial obstacles in protecting their rights and interests. It is of great importance to strength en legal means to protect the legitimate rights and interests of professionals in agricultural science and technology, so as to mobilize the vast number of agricuhural professionals and give full play to their enthusiasm, and to keep the sta bility and growth of the team of agricultural scientific and technological professionals. |
