| 摘 要： | 大理旅游产业二次创新与跨越式发展的目标,必须通过体制创新、机制创新和产品创新,才能把大理建成国内一流、世界知名的旅游胜地。而要达到此目标就必须更新观念、提高认识,才能转变旅游经济增长方式;打造苍洱及跨地区旅游线路;抓好休闲、会展、影视拍摄三大基地建设;开发好苍山、巍宝山、鸡足山、石宝山;做强做大5个旅游产业;做优6大旅游商品(下关普洱茶、大理石工艺品、扎染、银铜等手工艺品、剑川木雕制品、珠宝玉石工艺品),抓好7大项目的提升和建设;落实8大举措,才能真正实现大理旅游的跨越式发展。

| Abstract: | The second innovation and great-leap-forward development of Dali's tourism aims to build Dali into a tourism attraction ranking among the best in China and well-known in the world.The innovation is institution-oriented,organization-oriented and new-product-oriented and new-idea-oriented.The focuses are on the improvement of the tourism routes in Dali and to other regions,the building of the three centers of entertainment,conference and TV-movie production,the good development of Cangshan Mountain,Weibao Mountain,Jizu Mountain,Shibao Mountain,the expansion of the five tourism industries and the perfection of six tourism industries,the completion of seven key projects and the implementation of eight key measures. |
