| 摘 要： | 2008年,国务院办公厅发出《关于限制生产销售使用塑料购物袋的通知》,在商品零售场所实行塑料袋有偿使用制度,同时禁止生产、销售、使用超薄塑料购物袋,简称＂限塑令＂。本文针对＂限塑令＂颁布后塑料袋有偿使用的执行情况进行了分析,并提出影响实施效果的因素和政策建议。

| Abstract: | In 2008,state council issued a notice that in shopping places all the plastic bags must be paid to use,while prohibited the production,sale and use of ultra-thin plastic shopping bags,which referred to as plastic limitation.The article analyzes the implementation of the use of plastic bags after issued plastic limitation,points out some factors influence the implementing effect,puts forward some political suggestions. |
