正义与国际正义——在国际政治领域构建正义原则

国际正义是罗尔斯晚年所关注的重要问题之一。随着国际政治的发展,国家之间的相互依赖越来越强,而具有普适性的"底线伦理"以及日益确立的共同价值理念,也为"国际社会"的发育成熟提供了条件,使得我们有可能将罗尔斯的正义原则推演开来,构建起国际正义的原则。

Justice and International Justice--An Attempt to Construct the Doctrines of Justice in International Politics

From the very perspective of idealism, this article traces certain theories regarding justice and social contract back to the process of the development of western political thoughts in history, which particularly attaches much importance to what is significant of John Rawls. At the international level, the universal "negative ethics", the needs of states' self-conservation and co-existence and the increasingly established shared ideas of values make it possible that international community would turn to be more amicable and more rationally operated. Thus, we can expand the principles of justice of Rawls to the international level, by which the doctrines of international justice might be constructed, though they cannot be directly applied.
