| 摘 要： | 终身学习对于教师具有特殊意义。终身学习需要终身教育来保障,终身教育需要终身学习来推动。在学习化社会,教师一生都处于学习和完善的过程中。师范教育是培养教师的专业教育,文章在分析终身教育特点和终身学习内容的基础上,提出了构建适应“终身学习”的师范教育教学改革体系的措施。

| Abstract: | Lifelong study has special meanings to the teacher needs the ensurance of lifelong education.Promotion Lifelong education needs the promotion of lifelong study.Being in the coursr of studying and perfecting all one's life for the teachers on the learning society.The normal education is the specialized education which trains the teacher at the base of analysing the educational characteristic all the life and studying content all the life,the article proposed the idea on structuring the teaching system of reform in normal education so as to meets"lifelong study". |
