新疆兵团国有企业自我发展能力综合评价研究

以新疆兵团国有企业自我发展能力为研究对象，从资源利用能力、经营管理能力、盈利能力和创新能力构建了新疆兵团国有企业自我发展能力评价指标体系，用主成分分析法对其2005--2012年的25个统计数据进行时间序列分析，结果表明：新疆兵团国有企业的自我发展能力整体上呈逐步上升趋势，其资源利用能力和创新能力有一定提高，但经营管理效率和盈利质量较低，基于此提出了提升新疆兵团国有企业自我发展能力的对策建议。

On Comprehensive Evaluation of SOEs Self-Development Capability in XJPCC

This paper established an evaluation index system for the state-owned enterprises self-developmentcapability in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corporation from four aspects： resources utilization ca-pacity, management capacity, profitability and innovation. Using the Principal Component to analyze 25statistical data from 2005-2012, it showed that their self-development ability as a whole showed a gradualupward trend, and the resources utilization and innovation capacity has improved to some extent, but thequality of management emciency and profitability are relatively low. It further proposed some measures andsuggestions to be taken to enhance their ability of self-development.
