企业内部冲突视角下员工绩效影响因素研究——以N银行为例

摘    要:企业内部冲突对于企业而言,既可以是建设性的财富,也可以是破坏性的灾难。以N银行为例,采用问卷调查方式研究企业内部冲突视角下员工绩效影响因素,以随机抽样的方法获取样本。统计研究表明:工作独立性、个人道德、受教育程度、资源掌握度、企业文化、年龄这些因素对员工绩效有显著影响;而组织结构、考核奖励体系、个性特点这些因素对员工绩效的影响不显著。从员工角度来看,工作独立性对员工绩效是最重要的影响因素,之后各影响因素依次是个人道德、受教育程度、资源掌握度、企业文化、年龄、组织结构、考核奖励体系、个性特点。

Abstract:Internal conflicts can be valuable assets or devastating disasters to enterprises. Taking Nbank as an example, this paper, using questionnaires and the random sampling method, observed employeeperformance factors. It found that factors such as work independence, personal integrity, education, resourcescontrol, enterprise culture and age had a significant impact on employee performance; factors such as theorganizational structure, reward systems, and personality produced an insignificant influence on employeeperformance. On the employee, the work independence is the most important factor to employee performance,followed in degree by personal morality, education, resources control, enterprise culture, age, organizationalstructure, reward systems, and personality.
