| 摘 要： | 德国社会民主党自上个世纪六七十年代以来经历了对生态文明建设从排斥、承认到深化的认识过程,以生态文明为价值取向和现实诉求,通过创新政党理念、确立发展模式、转变执政方式、落实环保政策,把生态文明建设作为一个系统工程来进行。这对当前我国大力推进生态文明建设,开创社会主义生态文明新时代,努力实现中华民族永续发展具有重要的启示和借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Since the 1960s German Social Democratic Party has experienced a cognitive process of eco--civilization from repel- ling, acknowledgement and decepening. With eco--civilization as the value orientation and reality appeal, it seeks to construc- tion eco--civilization as syslematic engineering project through the innovation of party ideas, establishing development mode, transforming governing style, and implementing environmental protection policy, which is of great referential significance to the present movement to greatly promote eco--civilization construction, to usher the new era of socialist eco--civilization with an effort to realize the sutstainable development of the Chinese nation. |
