摘 要: | 中国食文化极具民族特征,与食文化有关的词语也富含中华民族文化信息,采用异化翻译能最大限度保留中华民族的语言和文化信息。文章对历史典故词、民俗习惯词、饮食审美词和医食同源词四个类别的食文化负载词的异化翻译策略进行探讨,并指出翻译要做到辞旧迎新、健全翻译体系、开设翻译课程等发展趋势。

Abstract: | Chinese food culture is rich in strong ethnic characteristics, and its words are also abundant in cultural information of Chinese nation. By adopting the strategy of foreignization, Chinese national language and cultural information can be maximally restored. The foreignizing translation of culture--loaded words in Chinese food culture will be explored firstly through the four categories of words: historical allusions, folk customs diction, dietetic aesthetic words and homology of medicine and food, then its development trends of giving up the obsolete words and seeking the new ones, establishing the translation system and offering the translation related courses, etc. |
