| 摘 要： | 现代社会的发展已经越来越离不开科技文化的发展,也就是说人类社会的未来发展就是科技文化本身的发展,也是先进社会生产力的发展。而与科技文化紧密相关的文化软实力,尤其是具有巨大创新能力的软实力,将是人类社会(包括所有国家和民族)实现科学发展,以及可持续发展的依据和动力。

| Abstract: | The development of modern society is been more and more attached to the advance of scientific and technological culture, that is to say, the future development of mankind means the advance of scientific culture itself as well as the development of the advanced productive forces of society. But the culture soft strength close to the scientific and technological culture, especially the soft strength with great ability to bring forth new ideas is the root and the driving force to realize scientific and sustainable development of human society among the nations. |
