| 摘 要： | 新疆流浪未成年人再社会化必须了解和把握他们的心理行为特征，新疆流浪儿童在流浪中大部分依靠非法手段谋生，沾染了一些不良的社会习气且受不法分子控制，表现出封闭性和攻击性的双重人格特征，决定了在对流浪儿童的社会化过程中要把教育和救助结合起来，要改变传统的社会化方式，整合各种社会资源，形成以政府为主导的再社会化服务体系和工作框架。

| Abstract: | The re-socialization of the homeless minors in Xinjiang depends on our full understanding of their psychological behaviors. Most of them made a living in illegal ways. They developed unhealthy social habits and even were controlled by lawbreakers. They exhibited double personality traits of both isolation and aggressiveness, which demands a combined education and social salvage in the process of their socialization. Therefore, a re-socialization service system and working framework in which the government plays the most important role must be set up by changing the traditional method of socialization and integrating all kinds of social resources. |
