| 摘 要： | 基于动态方向性距离函数对1980-2008年我国各地区碳排放效率进行了估算,发现考虑污染遗留问题的碳排放效率不同于传统的碳排放效率.在此基础上,利用动态面板协整方法研究有关碳排放效率的环境库兹涅茨曲线问题.结果表明:样本期内,我国碳排放效率有了改善；我国存在二氧化碳排放效率的环境库兹涅茨曲线；各地区不存在碳排放效率的双收敛现象.

| Abstract: | The carbon emission efficiency during 1980—2008 in various regions in China is estimated based on the dynamic directional distance function,which shows that the carbon emission efficiency viewed from pollution hangover problem differs from that of traditional means.So this paper applies DSBM model in the investigation of the Environmental Kuznets Curve of carbon emission efficiency and finds that during the sample period in China,the carbon emission efficiency has been improved in past years,there is Environmental Kuznets Curve of CO2 emission efficiency,and no double convergence can be detected. |
