市场经济是信用经济 ,信用是市场经济的基石。信用也是一种重要的资源。信用资源是利用各种自然资源和社会资源的基础。我国政府的、企事业单位的和个人的信用资源亟待进一步开发利用。当前我国市场经济中的信用缺失情况严重 ,亟需改善。建立健全市场经济的信用机制 ,一靠制度建设 ,二靠思想道德建设。当前应着重解决好社会信用信息系统建设、法律体系建设、道德建设方面的问题 ,同时要加强与改善企业经营管理 ,提高企业的守信能力

Market economy is credit economy.Credit is the cornerstone of market economy.Credit is also a kind of important resource.The credit resources of our government departments,institutions,enterprises and individuals demand prompt development and utilization.At present the situation of credit lack in our country is very grave and must be speedily improved.The establishment and amplification of the credit machanism must rely on the construction of regulations and the education of ideology.Now we must pay attention to the construction of social credit information system,law system and moral concepts.At the same time we must strengthen and improve the management and administratin of our enterprises,thus increasing their ability to keep their promises.
