| 摘 要： | 陪审制度是中国审判制度的重要组成部分。现行的陪审制度政治色彩浓厚、陪审员结构不合理、陪审员的作用得不到发挥、陪审员责任不明确。要解决这些问题 ,应加强立法 ,明确陪审员的选任制度、明确陪审员的权利和义务、明确陪审员的责任 ,从而完善陪审制度 ,使其发挥积极的作用

| Abstract: | Jury system is an important component of trial system in China.The politic feature of present jury system is dense in political colour, the structure of jury member is unreasonable,the function of the jury member can't play a full part,and their responsibility isn't definite.To solve these problems, we should strengthen legislation,establish jury member election system definitely,prescribe right and responsibility of jury member definitely,and define the responsibility of jury member,thereby,the jury system can be improved,and make it function actively. |
