| 摘 要： | 毕仲衍的政治生涯主要在宋神宗朝代,依靠其特殊的家族背景、出色的"吏治"才能和变法的历史机遇,他在北宋政治大舞台上虽作为"不显眼"的角色活跃了二十年,但他涉足具体事务广泛,尤其是参与了变法,亲历了元丰官制改革,修撰了《中书备对》,对后世影响很大。

| Abstract: | Bi Zhongyan's political career was mainly in the period of Song Shengzong.Depending on his special family background,outstanding political talent and the historic chance of Reform,he enlivened on the political stage of the Northern Song Dynasty.Although playing a not so conspicuous role,he took part in specific work extensively.Especially,he participated in the Reform,experienced personally Yuan Feng-Reform,compiled ZhongShuBeiDui,and these influenced later ages deeply. |
