| 摘 要： | 发展循环经济是经济社会可持续发展的必然选择。循环经济的提出有其深刻的生态学理论基础,其中蕴涵的生态学原理主要体现在三个方面:循环再生和能量流动原理、物质共生和环境容量原理、持续产出和生态定位原理。要针对不同产业和区域特点构建循环经济的具体运行模式,包括生态农业模式、生态工业模式、生态园区模式、生态城市模式等。

| Abstract: | Developing recycle economy is a necessary choice of sustainable development of economic society.The birth of recycle economy takes profound ecology as its theoretical basis,showing three ecological theories: principle of cyclic regeneration and energy flow,principle of substance accretion and environmental capability,and principle of sustainable output and ecological position.According to characteristics of different industries and regions,we should undertake to build specific operation modes,including ecological agriculture mode,ecological industry mode,ecological zone mode and ecological city mode,etc. |
