习俗元制度与农地习俗及实施机制探析

习俗元制度作为一种自发社会秩序,并不只是存在于像希克斯所说的在市场经济形成之前的早期的“习俗经济”,而是广泛且大量地存在于现代都市化经济与发达的市场经济中。本文在习俗元制度的本质、作用及实施机制进行分析的基础上,对农地利用中的面积计量习俗、农地市场化流转中的习俗、农地租佃中的习俗进行了探讨;同时,还分析了农地习俗制度的实施机制。

Study on the fundamental system of convention and the farmland conventions and their implementing mechanism

The fundamental system of convention as a kind of spontaneous social order is much more than existing in earlier "conventional economy",and it exists widely in modern urbanising economy and flourishing market economy.On the basis of analyzing the essence,function and implementing mechanism of the fundamental system of convention,this articalstudies on the convention of measuring farmland,the convention of farmland circulation and the convention of farmland tenancy.It also analyzes the implementing mechanism of the farmland conventional system.
