| 摘 要： | 当前我国经济生活中 ,政府管制不科学 ,行政审批不规范 ,制约了经济发展 ,导致了腐败 ,也与WTO要求相悖。行政审批的改革从根本上应当转变行政理念 ,变管理为服务 ;近期应从减少审批事项、改革审批方式、完善救济几方面着手。

| Abstract: | The unscientific government control and abnormal administrative examination and approval in our economy restrict the economic development, leading to the corruption, which also violates the promise required by WTO. The reforms should be focused on the changing of our view of administration so that service would become the choice. And in the near future, we should pay attention to the following items: the reduction of proceeding, the reformation of the way of proceeding and the perfection of social relief program. |
