新时期党群关系的新特点及其内在诉求

中国共产党与人民群众的关系是党风的核心问题。新时期党群关系具有如下新特点：党群依存关系的形式背离；总体利益与局部利益的冲突；群众之间的利益差异；处理各种社会矛盾的方法、态度和理念方面面临的挑战；民主政治环境下新的党群关系的磨合。党群关系的新特点内在要求中国共产党要继续解放思想，以改革创新的精神探索和改进群众工作的新思路和新方法，形成群众工作的新机制。
