论高师生心理素质教育目标体系的构建

摘    要:科学地构建高师生心理素质教育目标体系具有重要的理论与实际意义。目标体系构建的基本内容包括:智能开发;非智力因素培养;环境适应教育;人际关系和谐教育;健康人格教育;维护心理健康教育。实施途径和方法有:创造良好的学校环境;心理教育经常化;心理咨询治疗和辅导;社会实践;自我调节。

Abstract:It is of great theoretic and actual significance to design goal system for the mental quality education of students in normal colleges. The basic contents of structures of goal system are: exploit intelligence, train non-intelligence factors, education of adapting circumstances, education of harmonious human relations, and education of healthy personality. Actualized ways and methods are: to make favorable cireumstances in schools, education of mentality of student to be regularized, to provide consultation and tutorship of mentality, to carry out social practice, and to have self-adjust.
