试论创新教育

摘    要:创新教育以培养创造型人才为主要目标。相对于传统教育而言,它是一种超越式教育;相对于现存教育而言,它是一种主体性教育;相对于应试教育而言,它是一种健全人格教育;相对于素质教育而言,它是高层次的素质教育。创造型人才素质包括创造能力素质和创造个性素质两个方面。要实现创新教育目标,必须提高创新意识,打牢创新基础,训练创新思维,锻造创新品质,铸塑创新人格。

On the Innovatory Education

Abstract:The primary goal of the Innovatory Education is to train person with creativity. It is a sort of exceeding education relative to traditional education, it is a sort of subject--education relative to extant education, it is a sort of healthy-personality education relative to examination education; and it is a sort of higher arrangement quality education relative to quality education. persons with creative qualities must be of the quality of creative capability and the quality of creative individuality. To achieve the goal of the innovatory education, we should lake some measures: to improve the innovatory consciousness, to make a good innovatory foundation, to train the innovatory thought, forge the innovatory character, and to found innovatory personality.
