抗战时期的后方民营工业

后方民营工业在抗战中前期因政府政策、市场、资金、技术等方面的有利条件出现短期繁荣；到抗战后期却在通货膨胀、国营工业竞争和不科学物价管制政策联合作用下走向衰落。战时民营工业发展具有以下特点：空前联合，自力更生能力加强，发展的突飞猛进性和不能持久性；也存在规模小、资金少、设备落后和发展不平衡的不足。今天西部民营工业应大力合理引进外部资金、技术和人才，加强联合与合作。

The Private Industries in the Rear Area During Anti-Japanese War

During the early and middle periods of Anti-Japanese War (1937-1945), there was a shortterm boom for the private industries because of governmental policy, favorable market, funds for development and relatively advanced technologies. The late period of the War saw the shrink of the private industries under the joint effect of currency inflation, competition from the state-run industries and improper price-control policy. The private industries during the War had the following characteristics: unprecedent- ed integration, improvement of self-reliance ability,advances by leaps and bounds.On the other hand, they also had the short-comings of small scale,inadequate funds,backward equipment and unbalanced and short-term development.
