| 摘 要： | 文章分别论述了宏观经济调控政策与微观经济规制政策的内容、有效性及存在理由.从实施依据、目标、主客体、手段、调节对象、调节特征等方面比较了宏观经济调控政策与微观经济规制政策的差异,并且指出了两者之间的联系,认为两者之间具有互补性,有互动关系,互为基础.
