| 摘 要： | 在政府政策支持和有力指导下,中国民营企业逐渐从边缘角色成长为对外投资的主体。当前,企业内生成长动力与外部环境压力共同作用,使得民营企业"走出去"具有较强扩张冲动。本文对民营企业走出去的历史和发展态势进行了梳理,对走出去的五大动因和存在的五大问题进行了相关剖析。提出从政府、中介和企业自身建设三个方面推动民营企业"走出去"的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Supported and guided by the central government,Chinese private enterprises had become the main body of foreign investment.Because of growth momentum by itself and pressure by the environment,private enterprises have strong expansion impulse in recent years.This paper summarized the history and trend of Chinese private enterprises' foreign investment and analyzed five motivation and five difficulties of them.Three policy recommendations were suggested also. |
