| 摘 要： | 田会是中国古代农村民间的一种互助性合作组织。它至少在清末浙东地区较为普遍地存在。在祀田、义田以外，会田又是另一种新的集体土地所有制形式。其基本特征在于它是一种跨家族的村民之间的经济互助组织。

| Abstract: | The land association is a rural mutual cooperation organization in ancient China. It existed at least in eastern Zhejiang at the late Qing Dynasty. Besides the land of sacrifice and the land of Righteousness, Collective Land Association is another new form of land ownership which is characterized by an inter-clan cooperation among the villagers |
