中国海洋经济景气指数研究

针对中国海洋经济景气循环问题,基于年度海洋经济监测指标,采用国际上流行的景气分析和监测预警方法,设计构建了中国海洋经济监测的先行、同步、滞后指标,并计算了海洋经济综合预警指数。通过对中国1999—2008年的海洋经济波动的实证分析发现：海洋经济从1999年一直处于扩张阶段,2001—2005年综合预警指数连续5年在绿灯区中部运行,而2008年综合预警指数上涨4.0,进入黄灯区运行,说明中国海洋经济进入了一个新的快速发展阶段,但同时有发展过热的征兆。

Research on Prosperity Index of Chinese Marine Economy
