| Abstract: | This paper investigates the connotation and history of Chinese literati paintings and considers that is highly important for us to develop and carry on the Chinese literati paintings. It not only has very important significance in the course of comprehensively building comparatively well-off society but also is very important medium of inheritance and development about Chinese spirits and civilizations. The paper stresses the point that the specialist in Chinese paintings ought to take on historic important task of popularization and lead in the course of inheritance and development for literati paintings. |
