| 摘 要： | 以网络为核心的现代信息技术的迅猛发展正在把传统图书馆推向全球一体化、网络化的新境地。如何适应网络环境发展壮大图书馆事业是一项重大课题,从理论与实践相结合的角度阐明了当前图书馆建设中的一系列关键问题,对图书馆的发展趋势、发展原则以及实现发展目标应采取的措施进行了探讨,提出了在网络环境下图书馆发展的新目标。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of modern information technology with network as its core has pushed the library to a new situation of globalization and Internet integration.How to adapt to the new circumstance and expand the library business is an important issue.This article,combining the theory with practice,elaborates on the series problems on the library's construction,developing tendency and principles,action to fulfill the development goal and presents the new goal for library under the new circumstance. |
