| 摘 要： | 几乎所有发达地区都是工业化地区,而不发达地区的工业化水平都比较低,特别是一些农业大省,这一事实很容易使人们把经济发展与地方工业化直接联系在一起。本文首先分析了财政政策在工业化发展中的作用,然后对地方工业化的总体思路和财政政策选择进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Almost all developed regions are industrialized whereas industrialization level in underdeveloped regions is relatively low, particularly in some agricutral oriented provinces. This fact makes it easy for people to connect directly economic development with local industrialization. This paper first analyzes the roles financial policies play in the process of industrialization and then probes into the general line of thinking for local industrialization and the choices of financial policies. |
