培养女中学生优良个性品质的实验研究

摘    要:本实验揭示出 :1 中学阶段是培养女中学生优良个性品质的最佳时期 ,特别是女中学生抱负水平、独立性、好胜心、坚持性、求知欲、自我意识 ,可以明显提升 ,学校应抓住这一时期 ,提高和优化女中学生非智力因素 ,形成优良个性品质 ;2 非智力因素对智力因素起着重要促进作用 ,良好的非智力因素与智力因素相协调 ,将产生综合效能 ;3 实验教材对培养女中学生起着重要作用。

Abstract:The result of experiment shows:1) The stage of the middle school is the critical period of the training of the fine personality quality of the middle school girls. Especially their ambition, independence, desire for victory, persistence, desire for knowledge and self consciousness can be improved significantly. The school should make good use of this period to improve their non intelligent factors to cultivate fine personality quality. 2) The non intelligent factors have strong influence on the intelligent factors, and coordinate with it to produce comprehensive efficiency. 3) The teaching material of experiment plays and important role in fostering the iddle school girls.
