| 摘 要： | 新中国师范音乐教育分为两个时期，１９４９年到１９７７年为雏形建设时期，１９７８年到现在为成熟发展时期，对新中国师范音乐教育体制的确立和法规的建设，师范音乐教育思想观念的形成及其在教学中的影响，师范音乐教育教学内容和方法的变化和改革等方面的评述，展现了我国师范音乐教育自建国以来，从幼稚到成熟的发展脉络和取得的成就，为２１世纪建立具有中国特色的社会主义师范音乐教育体系奠定了基础。
