| 摘 要： | 建立健全金融危机的预警系统是有效防范金融危机并弱化其影响的重要手段。建立金融危机预警系统具有很大的必要性同时也是可行的。国外金融危机预警研究方法对构建金融危机预警系统的思路和策略具有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | A perfect early-warningsystem can be an important measure to guard against financial crises effectively andweaken its influences, so it is necessary to establish such a system. Moreover, anearly-warning system for financil crises is feasible. International methods of study onfinancial crises early-warning can be used for reference as to the idea and stratesy ofearly-warning systems. |
