| 摘 要： | 伊战后,伊拉克库尔德自治区政治上高度自主,经济迅速发展,军事力量不断壮大。由于受伊拉克库尔德问题影响,土耳其反分离主义的困难加大,伊朗库尔德反对派以建立联邦制作为新的政治目标和动员口号,标志中东库尔德问题开始进入新的发展阶段。库尔德自治也导致伊拉克民族矛盾从国家政治层面蔓延至民间层面,伊拉克库尔德人的地区影响力扩大,从而形成两伊、土耳其和伊拉克库尔德自治区"三国四方"的地区关系格局,进一步影响未来伊拉克和中东库尔德问题的发展进程。
