| 摘 要： | 自20世纪80年代正式介入政治游说以来,古巴裔美国人的政治游说便以反母国游说著称。这主要为古裔美国人的结构性特征所决定,即人口类型极化、政治待遇差距大和地理上相对集中。这些结构性特征使得政治移民在古裔美国人的游说实践中拥有压倒性优势。尽管随着其结构性特征的演变,自20世纪末起古裔美国人的政治游说便逐渐向正常化方向发展,但这一进程仍存在较大阻力。

| Abstract: | Cuba-American lobbying is noted for its anti-home country nature ever since they began to practice in lobbying in the 1980s.This is pre-determined by the structural characteristics of the Cuba-American,they are its polarization of its population,differentiation of political status of two types of population,and its geographical centralization.These structural characteristics make the political immigrants have much bigger influence in the lobbying practice that is characterized as anti-home country lobbying.... |
