国际宏观经济政策协调与G20机制化

国际宏观经济政策协调的理论与实证研究目前已日臻成熟。理论层面,国际经济相互依存理论以及收益分析构成理论研究的基本内容,博弈论分析了宏观经济政策协调的必要性、可行性以及福利问题。实践层面,国际宏观经济政策协调机制经历了从七国/八国集团(G 7/G 8)到二十国集团(G 20)的演变过程。2010年是G 20的建章立制年,G 20机制化是当前国内外讨论的热点。本文在梳理国际宏观经济政策协调理论、回顾G 7/G 8及G 20的产生发展历程的基础上,提出了目前G 20机制化方案五个方面的内容,并进一步探讨了中国参与G 20的战略选择问题。
